But taking him means passing an elite receiver, and you only get one more pick before the long wait. Take him only if you’re confident a player you like survives to 26 — otherwise take WR + RB and get McBride, Warren or LaPorta later.

Emeka EgbukaThis is the single most dangerous entry on your sheet. It ranks him WR13, tier 2, PRIORITY at 3.02 — ten spots above market consensus. As of today he still has not practiced with the team since a toe sprain on Aug 12. His head coach yesterday: “Headed in the right direction. I don’t know how fast.” With no injured-reserve slot in your league, he would sit in a live roster spot while you wait. Do not spend pick 26 here.

Waddle was traded to Denver into a feature role. Odunze is Chicago’s primary outside receiver now that DJ Moore went to Buffalo. All three are better than the sheet’s rank implies.

Swift’s backup hyperextended a knee. Etienne is in New Orleans with Kamara out at least a month. Irving is fully healthy — if anyone in your league is still pricing the May surgery report, he’s a bargain.

Sam LaPortaYour sheet flags “Week 1 uncertain.” That’s Aug 20 reporting and it has been superseded — he returned to full team drills Aug 26 and is expected to play. If the room is still reading the old headline, you get a top-five tight end at a discount.

Kraft is the cleaner buy: full participation, no pitch count. Burden’s coach said Aug 30 he “looks 100%,” which most drafters haven’t caught up to.

Kyle Pitts · Terry McLaurinAtlanta still had not named a Week 1 quarterback as of Sept 1 and added Austin Hooper at tight end; Pitts took 9 of 14 starter snaps in the third preseason game. Washington signed Stefon Diggs on Aug 7 and McLaurin is a named ADP faller — your sheet carries no flag on him at all.

Nobody has reported on his actual form — only that he’s available. That’s a real gamble at a real discount; take it only as your QB2 or if you like variance.

Harold Fannin Jr.Your sheet marks him PRIORITY. Cleveland named Deshaun Watson the starter, and updated rankings dropped him to roughly TE5 on that news. He has the full-time role; the quarterback play undercuts it. Fine value, not a priority.

Tyler AllgeierThe single best grab on this board, buried at RB46. James Conner is on injured reserve through Week 4 and Jeremiyah Love’s high ankle sprain is 50/50 — Arizona’s head coach confirmed Allgeier gets the majority of carries if Love sits. He is the handcuff to two broken situations at once, and he scored 8 rushing touchdowns last season.

Josh Downs · Jadarian Price · Michael WilsonKeenan Allen was arrested for DWI on Aug 30 and could face a three-game suspension, which would hand Downs the slot outright. Price opens as Seattle’s lead back with Charbonnet on PUP through Week 4 — your sheet wrote that note and then ranked him eleven spots below market anyway. Wilson finished as WR10 last season and is going as WR37.

Mitchell was locked in as the Jets’ WR2 as of yesterday. Boutte was traded to Houston specifically because Jayden Higgins tore an ACL. Parker Washington is projected by camp reporting to lead Jacksonville in receiving.

Kaleb JohnsonGreen Bay traded for him on Aug 30 — one day before your board was built, which is why he isn’t on it. He backs up MarShawn Lloyd, who has appeared in exactly one career game, while Josh Jacobs remains on the exempt list indefinitely. Highest-leverage name missing from the sheet entirely — though with only seven bench spots, take him at 15 rather than 13.

K — Brandon Aubrey  ·  DEF — HoustonOne wrinkle: your league pays distance bonuses (+1 at 40–49, +2 at 50–59, +3 at 60+) and penalizes misses, so a big-legged accurate kicker is worth slightly more than usual — Aubrey is the clear name. Defense still barely matters; you can stream by matchup all season.
